Common questions
Why is Citoya not free for organizations too?
The Community plan is free and always will be, and most small organizations never need more. Pro subscriptions from larger organizations fund hosting and verification, which is how students stay free.
What does “Featured” actually do?
Featured listings are pinned to the top of every student’s search results with a gold highlight. Pro orgs can feature up to 3 listings at a time and swap them whenever they like.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Downgrade with one click. Your existing listings stay live; you just cannot add new ones beyond the Community limit, and featured pins are released.
How do I know an organization is legit?
Students rate and review organizations publicly, and every hour you log has to be verified by the organization before it counts. Nothing on a transcript comes from an unconfirmed source.
